Our factory was established in Taiwan since 1991. From 1993, we moved it to China. In 2020, we also have established our new factory in Vietnam. We have run our China factory in about 30 years. To be more competitive, we have expanded our Vietnam factory and combined both factories together in 2023.

Seng San is located in Vietnam with office, showroom and production area. We have been serving with Walmart, Hallmark, Walgreen, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Dollar Family … over 25 years and been audited with SMETA, GSV, CTPAT, FCCA, COC. We are professional in varied bows, ribbons, party items like centerpieces, banners, danglers, fringes, cups, plates…

Our area is 10620 ㎡ . We have 150 workers and have our own automatic machines of star bows, curling swirl, paper cup, paper plate & napkin…. We also have our own full assembling production lines in party items.
